Widow Celebrates Daughter's 16th Amid Legal Marriage Revelation

Among these memories was a poignant image featuring her late husband, Eric Dane. Dane passed away on February 19 at the age of 53, following a battle with amyotrophic lateral sclerosis (ALS). This celebration occurred shortly after news broke that Gayheart was listed as Dane's wife on his death certificate, a detail that emerged despite their legal separation seven years prior to his ALS diagnosis. Gayheart posted a heartwarming tribute to her daughter, expressing immense love. She shared photos capturing Billie's joyful moments, including one of her enjoying ice cream. Another post featured a video montage of Billie with her parents, set to Fleetwood Mac's "Landslide." Included in the tribute were photos of Dane with their daughters.
