Reba McEntire Gushes Over Fiancé Rex Linn's Birthday, Calls Him "Love of My Life"

Reba McEntire is celebrating her fiancé, actor Rex Linn, on his 69th birthday. The country music icon took to Instagram on November 13, 2025, to share a sweet message and photo of the couple, calling Rex the "love of my life."

Reba and Rex first met on the set of The Gambler Returns in 1991 and reconnected in 2020. They announced their engagement in September 2025, revealing that Rex had actually proposed 10 months earlier, in December 2024, on their 130-acre ranch outside of Nashville.

The couple is currently enjoying their engagement and has no immediate plans to tie the knot. "What we're doing right now, honestly, is enjoying our engagement time. We haven't set a date, we're just going to enjoy our engagement and enjoy going to Happy's Place every day," Rex told E! News. Reba added that their wedding will be "a lot of fun" and "nontraditional" because "that's Rex and me."

Reba, who was previously married to Charlie Battles and Narvel Blackstock, has found a deep connection with Rex. "I've not had that before...I've never been loved by a man like Rex Linn," she said. "Rex is a very tender-hearted man, and I just love him with all my heart. He's a good guy. Real bashful though."
