Reality Star's Bitter Divorce Battle Rages On Amid Custody and Financial Disputes

In January 2023, reality star Pappas and her husband Stephen Stagliano announced the end of their 11-year marriage. The couple has since found themselves in court, engaged in a contentious legal battle over child custody, child support, and other issues.

As of October 2025, the divorce proceedings are still ongoing, with both parties trying to move forward from their public split. Stagliano, who was previously connected to Pappas through his twin brother, has faced challenges in finding steady work. Court documents show that he currently works as an Uber driver, earning around $22 per hour for 10-15 hours per week. Stagliano also claimed he has applied to over 150 jobs in various industries without success.

Despite the ongoing legal disputes, Pappas and Stagliano have stated they remain loving parents to their two children. In June 2025, Pappas received a victory in regards to their custody battle, though the details of the ruling have not been made public.
