Reality Star Teresa Giudice Admits to Violent Past Incident

In a recent episode of the reality show "Special Forces", which premiered in 2023, contestant Teresa Giudice opened up about a violent incident from her past. The 53-year-old reality star revealed that she once physically attacked her ex-boyfriend after he cheated on her.

"My ex-boyfriend, he cheated on me. So I knocked the bitch out," Giudice said in a confessional. She now expresses regret over her actions, stating, "I feel so bad now. I should have knocked him out."

Giudice, who is competing on "Special Forces" alongside her 24-year-old daughter Gia, says the show has helped her work on letting go of her anger. "Everyone thinks that I am so tough and this mean person, which I am really not," she explained. "But I do fly off the handle if you really piss me off."

The intense military-style competition series has pushed Giudice to her limits, including facing her fear of water. "I was terrified the most because I didn't know how to swim," she shared. "If you watched the last season, it was all about the water. I was like, 'Oh my God.' I was afraid to drown."

Despite the challenges, Giudice credits "Special Forces" for bringing her and Gia closer together. "There were things that she said to me, and things that I promised her I would do," she said. "She wants me to let go of anger, and that is one of the things she said to me. I promised her I would, so you'll see what plays out on Special Forces."
