Reality Star Kelley Wolf Leaves Utah Rehab, Heads to Florida

As of October 16, 2025, Kelley Wolf, a 49-year-old former reality TV star, has left a mental health treatment facility in Utah and is now in Florida. This follows a court-ordered psychiatric hold that was issued in late September, which required Wolf to remain in treatment for a minimum of 60 days.

The hold was mandated after Wolf allegedly made threats towards herself and her estranged husband, Scott, amid their ongoing divorce proceedings. She was initially admitted to a Utah hospital on September 21 and was deemed a danger to herself and others. During her time in treatment, Wolf was required to remain on prescribed medication to stabilize her mood.

Prior to her transfer to Florida, Wolf had also briefly entered a rehabilitation center in Arizona, but checked out the following day. She was previously arrested in August and charged with several misdemeanors, including electronic communications harassment and violating a protective order that prohibited her from contacting her husband or their three children.

As Wolf continues to navigate her personal and legal challenges, her relocation to Florida suggests a new chapter in her recovery and ongoing efforts to regain stability in her life.
