Biermann claims that Zolciak took her to get a "facial" which ended up removing her beloved freckles without her consent.
Biermann explained that she used to love her freckles, but a friend later pointed out that they were disappearing. When Biermann confronted her "facial girl," she was told that Zolciak had instructed her to laser off the freckles, as Biermann "didn't like them." This came as a surprise to Biermann, who said she "loved" her freckles.
Now, Biermann resorts to constantly "stamping" on faux freckles in an attempt to recreate the look she had growing up. While she clarified that she loves her mother, she still considers Zolciak's decision to remove her freckles without her approval as "insane."
