Bravo Announces "The Real Housewives of Rhode Island" Premiering in 2026

In November 2025, Bravo announced that it is expanding its popular Real Housewives franchise to Rhode Island, with the new series set to premiere in 2026. The network revealed that "The Real Housewives of Rhode Island" will be "set against the shores of the Ocean State" and will follow a "tight-knit circle of Rhode Islanders who have deep community roots and families that go back generations."

According to the Bravo synopsis, the cast is described as having "aspirational lives, thriving businesses and tangled family dynamics," with their "decade-long friendships" proving that "in a state this small, there's no escaping your past ... or each other." Executive producer Andy Cohen further teased that the cast is "very Italian" and that the small size of Rhode Island means the women "all kind of know each other and overlap," creating an "incredible group" with "really interesting connections."

The first official trailer for the series was released during BravoCon 2025 in Las Vegas, introducing the new Housewives to Bravo fans. One cast member noted that in Rhode Island, "secrets don't stay buried for very long," hinting at the drama and rumors of an affair that viewers can expect to see unfold.
