The Special Merit Awards ceremony is slated for Saturday, January 31, 2026, at the Wilshire Ebell Theatre in Los Angeles. "Ice Cream Man.," featured on Raye's 2023 debut album "My 21st Century Blues," was written by Raye and co-written and co-produced with BloodPop and Mike Sabath.
