He is now seeking $1 million in damages, plus interest, attorneys' fees, and further relief deemed "just and proper" by the court.
The lawsuit delves into the complex history of the sex tape, which Ray J claims was filmed consensually in 2003 and that he and Kardashian had discussed releasing publicly in 2006.
