The song garnered 6.2 million audience impressions across U.S. Latin rhythm radio stations during the May 1-7 tracking period.
"Inglés en Miami" also made a substantial leap on the overall Latin Airplay chart, climbing to No. 4. For featured artist Manuel Turizo, this accomplishment adds another No. 1 to his list of successes. Previously, Rawayana had reached No. 8 on Latin Pop Airplay and Tropical Airplay with "La Culpa" in February 2025, and hit No. 20 on Latin Rhythm Airplay with "Boom Boom" in 2024.
Earlier in April, "Inglés en Miami" had reached No. 26 on the Hot Latin Songs chart and No. 4 on Hot Latin Rhythm Songs. The song also saw chart success internationally, peaking at No. 19 on the Billboard Colombia Hot 100 in March, and charting in Peru and Ecuador in February. Montenegro highlighted the collaboration, stating, "Manuel is an incredible artist and brother, and collaborating with him on this record was effortless."
