Following the screening, the cast celebrated at an after-party where Ranveer Singh was seen recreating viral dance moves to the popular Rehman Dakait entry song. He also joined Sara Ali Khan and others on the dance floor.
Dhurandhar 2 achieved a blockbuster opening, grossing Rs 102.55 crore on its first day, with the Hindi version alone accounting for Rs 99.10 crore. The Tamil and Telugu versions also performed well.
However, the film faced initial disruptions. Technical issues led to delays in show timings for the Malayalam and Kannada versions, with director Aditya Dhar issuing an apology for the inconvenience. Paid previews on December 18, 2025, had already generated Rs 43 crore.
