He clarified that 'Syndicate' is not an attempt to replicate 'Dhurandhar' but is being undertaken with the same sincerity of purpose that fueled his earlier acclaimed films like 'Shiva' and 'Satya.' Varma believes 'Syndicate' will be his most honest work to date.
