Ram Charan Undergoes Wrist Surgery After Wrestling Injury

Actor Ram Charan underwent wrist surgery on Monday at a hospital in Coimbatore. This procedure was necessary to address a severe wrist injury he sustained in March while filming his sports drama, Peddi. The injury initially occurred during a scene involving professional wrestlers, but delaying treatment exacerbated the condition.

According to his team, the initial tear worsened over time, leading to seven distinct tears in his wrist. Ram Charan had previously mentioned the injury during film promotions in May, noting the severity but deeming the experience worthwhile. He was recently seen at the airport heading to Coimbatore, accompanied by his parents and wife, for the surgery.
