Queen Camilla's Dashing Equerry Steps Down

Queen Camilla's esteemed equerry, Major Ollie Plunket, is stepping down after a three-year tenure. The Queen announced the news while speaking at an awards dinner for The Rifles regiment, expressing her gratitude for his service. Major Plunket, who gained popularity for his striking appearance, will be succeeded by Major Rob Treasure, also of The Rifles.

Major Rob Treasure, the incoming equerry, brings his own impressive background, including the recent completion of The World's Toughest Row. He and his teammates navigated over 3,000 miles of the Atlantic Ocean, finishing first in their category. Treasure undertook this challenge in memory of his late father and to raise funds for cancer charities.
