Kids Serenade Pop Star Jessie J With Hit Song

A group of primary school pupils unexpectedly encountered singer Jessie J at Hampton Court Palace. Year five students from Masefield Primary School in Bolton were on a school trip when they met the artist. Because their school assembly song is Jessie J's hit 'Flashlight,' the children spontaneously decided to perform it for her.

The encounter, which happened outside the palace restrooms, led to a brief but meaningful interaction. The head teacher reported that Jessie J was very kind, thanking the children and taking a photo with them. This moment of connection left the pupils and staff feeling proud and was described as surreal.
