29 Jul

- A prisoner wrote a script about his criminal life.
- The script offers a potential way out of their criminal past.
- A fixer helps them pursue turning the script into a movie.
An unusual interview for an aspiring film editor turned into an unexpected journey into the world of crime. Lewis Albrow met with inmate Colin Browne, who had penned a script detailing his criminal life and partnership.
Browne's script, based on his life with his associate 'D' and their gang 'Love of Money', presented a fictional protagonist who escaped criminality. This narrative sparked a real-life possibility for them.
Upon Colin's release, he and 'D' recognized the script's potential as a legitimate path forward. A deal was struck with a fixer to develop the script into a film.
This new venture raises significant questions about their genuine desire to leave their criminal past behind. The situation presents a crucial turning point, challenging their commitment to the script's theme of breaking criminal cycles.
