Prince William recently reminisced about his past as a young seller at a "dodgy car boot sale," recalling the experience while visiting Skenfrith in Monmouthshire. He was prompted to remember this by a former customer who recalled buying a CD from him years ago at the Glanusk Estate.
The Prince of Wales was in the Welsh village on Thursday to learn about flood defence strategies. During his visit, he also participated in environmental initiatives with a local charity. William joined volunteers in harvesting seeds from a field maple and planted a sessile oak, the national tree of Wales.
His week also included a visit to Leeds Rhinos with the Princess of Wales, where they met fundraiser Sir Kevin Sinfield. Earlier in the month, the royal family celebrated Prince Archie's christening, and there were reports that Tiggy Legge-Bourke, the princes' former nanny, may have been chosen as a godmother for Princess Lilibet.
