Prince Louis Dreams of Wimbledon Ball Boy Role

Prince Louis, the youngest child of Prince William and Princess Kate, has expressed a strong aspiration to become a ball boy at Wimbledon. Although he is the same age his older siblings were when they first attended the prestigious tennis tournament, Louis has not yet made his debut in the Royal Box.

Princess Kate shared with an 18-year-old ball girl that Prince Louis inquired about the process of becoming a ball boy. She mentioned that Louis has been practicing the specific stances and maintaining a serious focus, similar to the current ball boys. This dream appears to have been developing since at least last year's tournament.

While Prince George and Princess Charlotte have accompanied their parents to recent Wimbledon finals, receiving signed tennis balls, Louis has been at home. Historically, Wimbledon has had strict policies regarding children in the Royal Box, with exceptions often made for members of the Royal Family. The tournament organizers have previously emphasized that inviting children can exclude others who contribute to tennis.
