Prime Video has curated a selection of movies perfect for the weekend, beyond just Mother's Day themes. Among the top recommendations is "Dragonheart," a 1996 fantasy film. It stars Dennis Quaid as a knight who reluctantly partners with a dragon, voiced by Sean Connery, to defeat an evil ruler.
Another highlight is the '90s classic "Babe." This heartwarming film tells the story of an orphaned piglet who befriends farm animals and helps his owner win a sheep herding contest. It’s a family-friendly movie that was nominated for seven Oscars.
For those seeking a dramatic experience, "The Glass Castle" is a powerful film adapted from Jeannette Walls' bestselling memoir. It chronicles her unconventional and challenging upbringing with itinerant parents, exploring themes of family dysfunction and resilience.
