Summary
- Prime Video adapting Elle Kennedy's bestselling Off Campus book series
- Series follows college hockey players at Briar University finding love
- Showrunner promises "mature and sexier" content from the books

In September 2025, Prime Video announced it is adapting Elle Kennedy's bestselling Off Campus book series into a new TV show. The series, which has been a hit on BookTok, follows a group of college hockey players at the fictional Briar University in Boston as they navigate their NCAA dreams and romantic relationships.
The first season of the Prime Video series will focus on the story from the first book, The Deal, which centers on Hannah and Garrett, the hockey team's captain. The show has already begun production and is set to feature a talented young cast, including Ella Bright and Belmont Cameli as the lead characters.
Showrunner Louisa Levy has confirmed that the series will stay true to the books' "mature and sexier" content, promising to bring the characters' steamy sex lives to the small screen. "There's something really unique and special about college-age romances where it's not really that first love kind of vibe, it is something potentially more, and you're still discovering so much about yourself," Levy said.
While the first season will focus on Hannah and Garrett's story, the series has the potential to explore the other Briar hockey players' romantic journeys from the subsequent books in the Off Campus series, should it be renewed for additional seasons.
