These two units, each measuring 1,295 sq ft, were originally purchased by Prabhu Deva in December 2012 for Rs 14.45 crores. The recent sale, registered on March 13, 2026, saw each apartment fetching Rs 7.40 crores and also included four parking spaces.
This property transaction follows Prabhu Deva's recent public appearance at his first live concert earlier this year. He performed alongside his son, Rishii Ragvendar Deva, to the song "Petta Rap" from the film Kadhalan.
