Prabhas' 'Spirit' Filming Shakes Hyderabad Landmark

Director Sandeep Reddy Vanga's highly anticipated film 'Spirit', starring Prabhas, is actively shooting in Hyderabad. The production recently utilized the historic Vimal Theatre in Balanagar for filming, a venue with over four decades of cinematic history. This choice of location for the high-octane crime-drama created a stir, drawing thousands of fans who swarmed the area hoping to see Prabhas.

To manage the overwhelming fan response and maintain the shooting schedule, extensive private security and local law enforcement were deployed. Barriers were erected to control the crowds effectively, allowing the crew to continue their work without significant disruption. 'Spirit' marks the Telugu debut of Vivek Oberoi as the antagonist, with Kanchana and Aishwarya Desai also in key roles.

The film is being positioned as a pan-world entertainer, with plans for a simultaneous release in eight languages. This ambitious release strategy includes domestic Indian markets along with targeted international territories in China, Japan, and Korea.
