A play dramatizing the Post Office scandal, "Glitch," is set to tour the UK between February and April. The production, which debuted to sold-out crowds in June 2024 and secured £85,000 for its tour, centers on the devastating experience of subpostmistress Pam Stubbs. Stubbs, from Barkham, near Wokingham, lost her home and business due to errors from the Horizon computer system.
Many in her small community were unaware of her plight. Local playwright Zannah Kearns penned the work, produced by RABBLE Theatre. The play's name is inspired by an email from then Post Office boss Paula Vennells.
