In a groundbreaking move, playback singer Madhushree has lent her voice to a Hindi song in the Malayalam blockbuster Hridayapoorvakam. The singer, known for her Bollywood hits like Kabhi Neem Neem and Kanha So Ja Zara, has made a splash in the South Indian film industry with her latest track, Tuk Tuk.
Directed by Sathyan Anthikad, the film features this vibrant wedding number, which has captivated audiences with its fusion of styles and grand visuals. Notably, Tuk Tuk is the first-ever Hindi song to appear in a Malayalam movie, bridging the gap between Bollywood melody and the soul of South Indian cinema.
Composer Justin Prabhakaran, who created the track, praised Madhushree's performance, saying, "When I created Tuk Tuk, I immediately felt only Madhushree ji could bring the right sweetness and emotion.
