Plane Jane Claps Back at Law Roach's Critique

Plane Jane, a finalist from season 16 of RuPaul's Drag Race and alum of House of Villains, has fired back at Project Runway judge Law Roach's recent criticisms. Roach, a prominent stylist, appeared on Good Morning America to discuss his role on the fashion design competition.

During the show, a clip showed Roach clashing with Plane Jane on Project Runway. Roach later commented that Jane had presented a look previously seen on Drag Race, deeming it "cheating" and a "cop-out." He added that the reused attire was also subpar.

In response, Plane Jane posted a message on X, referencing a memorable moment from Thorgy Thor's appearance on The Pit Stop. This occurred after Roach's GMA interview where he elaborated on his critique of Jane's fashion choice.

Other Drag Race contestants have also reacted to Roach's judging style. Discord Addams previously told EW that Roach's critiques held no weight for her, accusing him of "rage bait" for views rather than offering genuine feedback. She asserted that his comments were "nasty for the sake of nasty."

Project Runway season 22 is scheduled to premiere on July 9 on Freeform, with subsequent streaming releases on Hulu and Disney+.
