Food Network personality Ree Drummond, known as The Pioneer Woman, joyfully announced that her daughter Alex Drummond Scott is pregnant with her second child. Alex and her husband Mauricio Scott are expecting their new baby on September 21, a date that coincidentally marks Ree and Ladd Drummond's wedding anniversary. This will be Alex's second child, with her first daughter, Sofia, born in December 2024.

Ree Drummond shared her immense happiness on her website, expressing her delight in her role as a grandmother. She fondly recalled the past year spent with Sofia, calling her an "absolute wonder." The anticipation for the new grandchild is high, with a gender reveal planned soon, although Ree admitted she had initially suggested her daughter keep the gender a surprise.
