At Maximum Effort, where he served as Head of Creative, Thiot was behind memorable campaigns for brands such as Lay's, Mint Mobile, and DoorDash. His innovative ideas helped define the company's storytelling. Ryan Reynolds and George Dewey remembered him as a "shining light of creativity, kindness and hard work."
