Chan's New Film Lands at TIFF Amid Sales Deal
11 Aug
Summary
- Peter Ho-sun Chan's film will premiere at TIFF.
- Moebius Entertainment secured international sales rights.
- Fred Tsui will lead the film's global rollout.

Peter Ho-sun Chan's latest film, 'The Road Not Taken,' is slated for its world premiere at the Toronto International Film Festival (TIFF). The movie will be featured in the prestigious Special Presentations section.
Hong Kong-based Moebius Entertainment has secured the international sales rights for 'The Road Not Taken.' This marks a continued collaboration between Moebius founder Fred Tsui and director Peter Ho-sun Chan.
Tsui previously worked with Chan on 'She Has No Name,' handling its international sales and executive production. He highlighted Chan's "extraordinary emotional precision and global reach" as a key factor in their partnership.
Tsui is set to assume the role of Executive Director for the Hong Kong International Film Festival Society (HKIFFS) on September 23. Despite his new leadership position and a policy to avoid new sales projects, Moebius's commitment to 'The Road Not Taken' predates his appointment, allowing them to manage its international sales campaign and global distribution.
