The 89-year-old singer's mother is suffering from advanced Parkinson's and Alzheimer's, which have severely impacted her ability to speak. Andre described the situation as 'heartbreaking' as his mother, once a 'pillar of strength,' can now only utter a word or two.

Despite the emotional toll, Andre expressed gratitude for his parents' enduring bond, celebrating their 70th wedding anniversary in September. He noted his father, Savvas, also 92, remains devoted, though his memory is fading. Andre revealed his parents received a letter from King Charles III for their milestone, a gesture that brought warmth despite his mother's diminished speech.

Andre recently shared an emotional farewell with his mother in Australia, highlighting the importance of their time together. He also discussed his Christmas plans, which include spending the holiday with his wife Emily, his five children, and Junior's girlfriend before an anticipated trip to Australia.
