Percy Jackson: Scobell Wants Logan Lerman Back!

Walker Scobell, who stars as the titular demigod in the new Percy Jackson and the Olympians series, has proposed a unique way to bring original film actor Logan Lerman back into the fold. Scobell suggested Lerman could play the role of Triton, another son of Poseidon and Percy's brother.

This exciting idea, which Scobell shared with Entertainment Tonight alongside co-stars Leah Jeffries and Daniel Diemer, received immediate agreement from his castmates. Triton serves as a messenger god in Greek mythology and is a significant figure in Rick Riordan's book series. His inclusion in the TV adaptation would require the creators to potentially accelerate his appearance from the source material.

While Triton is not slated to appear until the fifth book, 'The Last Olympian,' Scobell expressed hope that the character might be introduced earlier in the series. Lerman, who played Percy Jackson in previous film adaptations, has been supportive of the new show. His potential involvement as Triton would mark a significant crossover for fans of the franchise.
