Ram Charan's 'Peddi' Hindi Box Office Flop vs. NTR Jr's Success

Ram Charan's film 'Peddi' has faced a disappointing reception at the Hindi box office, concluding its extended 8-day opening week with a net collection of 17.4 crore. This figure translates to approximately 20.53 crore in gross earnings, falling significantly short of expectations.

In contrast, NTR Jr.'s film 'Devara,' released in 2024, achieved a much stronger performance in the Hindi market, garnering 48.27 crore net in its opening week and concluding its run with 68.14 crore. 'Peddi's' current earnings represent a 64% lower opening week compared to 'Devara.'

This Hindi box office struggle marks another setback for Ram Charan in the region, following the underperformance of his 2025 release 'Game Changer.' That film managed only 34.44 crore net in its debut week and a lifetime collection of 37.47 crore, ultimately being deemed a flop.
