Caroline Peaty, the estranged mother of Olympic swimmer Adam Peaty, made an appearance in Gordon Ramsay's newly released Netflix docuseries. Despite submitting a formal request to be removed from the final cut, Peaty is shown in the series embracing Ramsay's daughter, Holly, whom Peaty's son Adam is engaged to.

The documentary, which launched on Wednesday, captures a scene from the couple's engagement party. Peaty was filmed at the event, including a moment where she embraced Holly Ramsay. This appearance comes after Peaty was notably excluded from Adam Peaty's wedding ceremony.

Following the docuseries' airing, Caroline Peaty took to social media to share motivational quotes. One post highlighted motherhood as her "greatest achievement," while another urged followers to practice "small acts of kindness." These messages follow a tumultuous Christmas period for Peaty.

Sources indicate that Peaty had informed Netflix producers she did not consent to be filmed due to unspecified "what had happened." However, filming notices displayed at the venue stated that attendance implied consent to appear in the show.

Within the series, Gordon Ramsay emphasized the importance of family during his speech at the engagement party, welcoming Adam and his son George into the Ramsay family. Adam Peaty also expressed his positive relationship with Gordon Ramsay, noting their similarities, while not mentioning his own family.

Reportedly, Peaty family members have expressed criticism of Adam, suggesting he has been influenced by the wealth and fame associated with the Ramsay family. Peaty's sister, Bethany, was the only other Peaty family member to attend Adam's wedding.
