Titan Comics will publish 'Peanuts: You're Something Special, Snoopy' on March 9, 2027. This 128-page paperback will republish 122 comic strips originally printed between 1965 and 1966, capturing the iconic beagle's loss.
The original storyline, which began on September 19, 1966, detailed the destruction of Snoopy's doghouse, which famously contained a library, pool table, and a priceless Van Gogh painting.
Charles M. Schulz drew inspiration for this emotional arc from a real-life tragedy: the destruction of his own art studio by fire earlier in 1966.
This 23rd installment in Titan Comics' Facsimile series offers a chance for both long-time fans and new readers to experience one of Snoopy's most memorable and touching story arcs.
The collection also includes other Peanuts adventures focusing on school, summer, baseball, and the Great Pumpkin, ensuring a comprehensive look at Schulz's work.
