Emily Fox is set to write the pilot script, serve as an executive producer, and showrun the series. Omid Scobie, who conceived the story, and Robin Benway will also executive produce the project.
Universal Television, a division of Universal Studio Group, is producing "Royal Spin." The rights to the book were acquired following a competitive bidding process, with Fox joining the adaptation team.
