Tyrese Gibson recently honored his late friend Paul Walker's legacy by announcing significant fundraising achievements for the actor's charity, Reach Out WorldWide (ROWW). Gibson, alongside Paul's brother Cody, revealed at FuelFest in West Palm Beach, Florida, that ROWW has raised nearly $1 million.
The nonprofit organization, founded by Paul Walker in 2010, is dedicated to disaster response. ROWW mobilizes skilled volunteers to assist in regions devastated by natural catastrophes. Its inception was inspired by the catastrophic earthquake in Haiti.
FuelFest, a global car festival co-founded by Cody Walker, contributes a portion of its proceeds to ROWW. The organization is anticipated to officially surpass its $1 million fundraising goal by the end of the current year, marking seven years of dedicated effort.
