Paul Rudd's Clueless Audition Surprise

Paul Rudd recently shared insights into his casting for the 1995 romantic comedy Clueless. He was 24 years old when he auditioned for the film, which became his first released movie.

Rudd explained that he auditioned for multiple roles, including Christian and Elton, before being asked to read for Josh. He ultimately landed the leading part.

The actor confessed he had no idea the film would become a cult classic. He recalled the cast's hope that Clueless would resonate with a generation, much like the John Hughes movies they admired.
