The property boasts a chef's kitchen, a billiard room, and a recording studio where Anka worked on his latest album, 'Inspirations of Life and Love.' He mentioned that the album's recent release in February created the perfect timing for relisting the home, as he did not want to disrupt his fan base during its production.
Anka revealed his intention to relocate to Nevada, though he plans to retain a smaller home within the Los Angeles area. This strategic move allows him to maintain a presence in the city while embracing a new chapter.
