Patrick Mendes Files for Divorce from Thais Ramone, Seeks Sole Custody

Patrick Mendes, known from '90 Day Fiancé,' has filed for divorce from his wife, Thais Ramone, after four years of marriage. The divorce filing, citing incompatibility, was reported earlier this week. Mendes is seeking sole legal custody and primary physical custody of their daughter, Aleesi Ramone Mendes, who has reportedly been living separately with Mendes since May 6, 2026.

Court documents indicate Mendes earns approximately USD 10,000 monthly, while Ramone reportedly earns USD 5,000, and Mendes is not seeking child or spousal support. He is, however, requesting ownership of shared assets including a Honda Ridgeline and a 401K.

The couple, who met on a dating app and married in February 2022, were scheduled to appear on '90 Day Fiancé: The Last Resort.' Their appearance was intended to address long-standing issues such as financial difficulties, communication breakdowns, intimacy struggles, and past trust issues.

Despite the divorce filing, a representative for the couple has urged the public to avoid speculation and to allow the domestic matters to be resolved with compassion and privacy. Their primary focus, they stated, is the safety and support of their family.
