The state art and culture department has partnered with Intach, appointing them as a knowledge partner to aid in compiling the necessary documentation for the UNESCO nomination. This dossier will include a wide array of materials, from sculptures and paintings to folk songs and photographs, all representative of the festival.
Distinguished guests, including university and planning school representatives from Germany and Bhopal, are expected to attend, fostering interaction with the audience. With support from art centers in New Delhi and Patna, and curated by noted artists, 'Arghya' promises to be a significant cultural event celebrating and advocating for Chhath's global recognition.
