Browning, an Oscar-nominated and BAFTA-winning producer, will work alongside Faith Penhale, Pathé U.K.'s co-CEO, to drive the studio's activities across both English-language film and television. This move comes as Pathé, which is celebrating its 130th anniversary next year, aims to produce and finance British and European films with global appeal.
Pathé has a track record of delivering critical and commercial hits in the English-language space, including the Oscar-winning film "CODA" and the Danny Boyle-directed "Slumdog Millionaire."
