Paramount Studios Taps McLarty for Top Global Comms Role

Allie McLarty has been named the Senior Vice President of Global Communications at Paramount Studios. This newly created position will see McLarty reporting to Brooke Robertson, the Executive Vice President and Head of Global Communications. Her responsibilities will span Paramount Pictures, Paramount Television Studios, and the nascent Paramount Sports Entertainment group.

McLarty's tenure at Paramount Global involved significant work in corporate, policy, and legal communications. Before her current role, she spent over a decade at Edelman Smithfield, where she was an Executive Vice President and Co-Head of U.S. Operations, specializing in special situations. Her move is seen as providing crucial senior-level support for Robertson and ensuring continuity in key corporate areas as Paramount strengthens its content storytelling.
