Nani's The Paradise Faces New Release Date Uncertainty
7 Sep
Summary
- Post-production work, especially climax CG, may delay Nani's The Paradise.
- The film's release date has been changed multiple times previously.
- A potential clash with Naga Vamsi's film looms if dates shift.
The release of Nani's film, The Paradise, is reportedly facing potential postponement from its September 24 schedule. Trade circles suggest October 1 as an alternative date due to substantial pending post-production work, particularly the CG-heavy climax, which is a significant financial investment.
This situation becomes more complex with the planned October 2 release of Naga Vamsi's Aadarsha Kutumbham House No. 47. A shift in The Paradise's date could lead to a direct box office clash, impacting both films' performance in Telugu states. Naga Vamsi's stake in The Paradise's Nizam rights adds another layer to the release strategy.
The film has already experienced several release date changes, initially set for March 26, then moved to August 21, and now facing uncertainty for September 24. Nani is expected to assess the production status before a final decision is made, which could affect distributors and exhibitors.
