As of November 5th, 2025, seven-time Olympic gold medalist Simone Biles has revealed details about the cosmetic procedures she has had done throughout her life. In a TikTok video posted on October 30th, 2025, Biles shared that she has undergone a total of three plastic surgeries, with two of them being undetectable.
In the video, Biles invited her followers to take a guess at the procedures she has had. After receiving numerous theories in the comments section, Biles confirmed that she had undergone a breast augmentation, a lower blepharoplasty (lower eyelid surgery), and ear lobe surgery. Biles signaled her breast implants with a cherries emoji and explained that she had the lower eyelid surgery due to severe eye bags, and the ear lobe surgery after her earring was ripped out when she was younger.
Last month, Biles had also seemingly confirmed her breast augmentation by sharing a video on her Instagram Story of herself doing a flip on a trampoline outside of her new house.
