Rodrigo & Rae Surprise Coachella Crowd

During the past week, the Coachella Valley Music and Arts Festival featured a surprise collaboration between singers Olivia Rodrigo and Addison Rae. Rae brought Rodrigo to the main stage, where they performed Rae's single "Headphones On" to an enthusiastic audience. The highlight of their joint appearance was the live debut of Rodrigo's brand-new single, "Drop Dead," released just Friday.

This performance generated significant excitement, especially as "Drop Dead" is the pre-release single for Rodrigo's forthcoming album, "You seem pretty sad for a girl so in love." The Grammy-nominated artist announced this anticipated third album earlier this month via social media, revealing an album cover showing her in a pink dress. The album is scheduled for release on June 12. This past weekend also saw other notable surprises, including Madonna joining Sabrina Carpenter on stage.
