An action thriller titled 'The Cop and the Assassin,' starring Olga Kurylenko and Nina Bergman, is set to begin production in Thailand this November. Kurylenko plays a former SAS operative seeking vengeance against the crime boss responsible for her family's murder.
Directed by Éric Valette, the film will shoot across multiple locations in Thailand, including jungle terrain near the Myanmar border. The plot involves Kurylenko's character teaming up with a local Thai cop, whose drive for justice complements her quest for vengeance.
Producer Fabrice Lambot praised Valette's ability to blend visceral suspense with commercial filmmaking. The production is a collaboration between Phase 4 Productions, Featuristic Films, and Place du Marché Productions, with Living Films providing services in Thailand.
