Olandria Carthen, known for her appearance on Love Island USA, has entered a significant new phase of her life as a homeowner. This development follows her announcement nearly two months ago about purchasing her first property.

Carthen expressed that becoming a homeowner was a long-held aspiration she didn't anticipate achieving so soon. She recalled meeting with a realtor shortly after graduating from college, with the goal of understanding the home-buying process, even with a zero balance in her bank account.

She eventually reconnected with the same realtor when she had saved enough money, indicating her readiness to purchase a home. Carthen, who was the season seven runner-up alongside Nic Vansteenberg, described this milestone as a "full circle moment."
