Rapper Offset's Blackjack Meltdown in Paris
5 Oct
Summary
- Offset argued with casino staff over his blackjack spot.
- He claimed to be betting $10,000 and $20,000 per hand.
- The rapper stated he had already won $200,000 from the casino.
Offset, the rapper, recently caused a scene at a casino located on the Champs-Élysées in Paris. Video footage captured the musician in a heated exchange with casino employees during a high-stakes blackjack session.
The core of Offset's frustration stemmed from his belief that other patrons were playing in his designated spot. He asserted that his significant wagers, ranging from $10,000 to $20,000 per hand, warranted specific treatment.
During the dispute, Offset vocally instructed staff not to interfere with his chips and insisted that others should not play his hands. He also claimed to have already amassed $200,000 from the casino, suggesting he could have left with his winnings.
The incident occurred amid reports of Offset experiencing a substantial loss at the table, although some accounts from his entourage initially suggested he was up by approximately $80,000 earlier in the evening. Regardless of the exact financial outcome, Offset's behavior indicated clear dissatisfaction with the casino's service.
