As of November 4th, 2025, the hit medical comedy series "St. Denis Medical" has returned for its second season, bringing more laughs and drama to the Oregon hospital.
In the season premiere, titled "Aloha, Everyone," nurse Serena learned that her co-worker Matt had requested a shift change to help him get over his feelings for her, which were revealed in the Season 1 finale. Serena confronted Matt about this, and the two discussed their evolving friendship, with Serena admitting she now has conflicting emotions as well.
The second episode also brought a serious situation to the hospital when Dr. Bruce arrived with a swollen eye, leading the staff to assume he had been attacked by a disgruntled patient. However, it was later revealed that Bruce had actually been attacked by a goose on his way to work, leaving the doctors feeling embarrassed.
Elsewhere, the hospital's director, Joyce, is overseeing the renovation of the new maternity wing, which she kicked off after securing a large charitable donation. The series creator teased that the road to realizing Joyce's dream will be filled with hilarious challenges, but failure is not an option.
The new season of "St. Denis Medical" will also feature some high-profile guest stars, including NBA player Draymond Green and Olympic legend Adam Rippon, as well as "Love Island USA" host Ariana Madix, who is set to make her debut in the first half of the season.
