J-Pop Sensation Number_i Expands U.S. Reach

J-pop group Number_i is actively expanding their presence in the U.S. music scene. The chart-topping act, consisting of Sho Hirano, Yuta Jinguji, and Yuta Kishi, recently released their single "3XL." This release follows their significant performance at the Coachella Valley Music and Arts Festival in 2024, where they joined 88Rising's Futures stage lineup. This marked their inaugural U.S. performance and debut at a major music festival under the Number_i moniker.

Previously, in the year preceding the current date, the group delivered their first featured festival set in the U.S. at 88Rising's Head in the Clouds Festival, held at the Rose Bowl in Pasadena. This appearance was timed with the release of their album 'God_i,' which included a lead single of the same title. The track, produced by Kishi, debuted at the top of Billboard Japan's Hot 100 chart.
