Broadway's New Illusionists: Now You See Me Live!

"Now You See Me Live!," a stage show based on the Lionsgate film franchise about thieving illusionists, is set to premiere on Broadway. The show will begin its engagement at the Al Hirschfeld Theater on November 11, with an anticipated run concluding on January 3. This production brings the mind-bending heists of the Four Horsemen to the live stage.

The stage version promises an "explosive mix of high-tech illusions, solo stunts and jaw-dropping spectacles." The Broadway cast includes Gabriella Lester as the escapologist, James More and Darcy Oake as illusionists, and Matthew Pomeroy as a mentalist. This show aims to push the boundaries of stage magic.

This Broadway debut is a component of a larger international tour. "Now You See Me Live!" has already been presented in Australia, Singapore, and London's West End. Prior to its New York City opening, the show commences a run in Las Vegas at the MGM Grand Hotel starting October 15.

Lionsgate continues to expand its successful film properties into live entertainment. The studio also has stage adaptations of "The Housemaid," "Dirty Dancing," "La La Land," and "Wonder" in development, following the success of a play based on "The Hunger Games" in London.
